Methods of Payments:

Here at Big Rig our moto is "We want your business!". Accordingly, we make it easy for you to pay for your order by accepting major credit cards such as American Express, Discover Card, Master Card, Visa and Diner's Club. We also gladly accept alternative payment methods like PayPal or Prepayment by Check or Money Order.

Paying with PayPal

PayPal members have access to what's called a "Virtual Debit Card."

Go to PayPal.com, login to your account, and click the Shop tab. Then select the Shop Anywhere option (located on the right side of the page, scroll down the page a little) and enter BigRigToys.com (just copy and paste) in the ENTER ANY STORE URL box. This will load our homepage along with a separate Debit Bar at the bottom that gives you the virtual debit card number. Follow instructions on the screen to make your purchase.

How does the PayPal Debit Bar Work?

The Debit Bar is a browser-based bar that allows PayPal members to spend funds in their PayPal account with any online merchant who accepts MasterCard. It works just like a conventional ATM or Debit Card, with the difference that the money is withdrawn directly from your PayPal account; instead of getting your account number from a physical card, you get it from the PayPal Debit Bar.

If you choose one of these alternative methods we must receive and process your payment before we can ship your order. Your order will, in most cases, be prepared and authorized for shipment on the next business day after payment is processed. If there is any problem in processing payments, you will be contacted via phone or email and given every opportunity to resolve the problem so we can promptly ship your order.

Sales Taxes:

We are required to charge sales taxes on orders shipped to customers in the state of California. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped to destinations other than California.

Shipping:

Most items ship the next business day and the same day when possible. You should allow 5 to 7 business days for a regular UPS Ground shipment to arrive. Some items such as the "Gift Line" require special processing and depending on the specific items ordered, we may occasionally need several days to properly handle your order and provide the best service. Either way we strive to keep our customers informed by email and by phone when necessary so there are no real surprises regarding back orders. Some items SHIP FREE via UPS or USPS Ground as indicated on the product page. Most items ship ground UPS unless otherwise requested by you then you pay only the shipping charge as calculated and handling charges only when indicated in your specific purchase and based on your specific instructions. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Airis available on many of our items at an additional charge (usually $15.00 TO $25.00) and will be used only if you request it and agree to pay the extra charge. All charges appear on your order page and you always know the complete cost of your purchase before you make your final buy decision. Should any change be necessary we will contact you first.

International Shipments:

Shipping charges on international shipments vary greatly depending on the destination, size, weight and method of shipment, so it is near impossible to anticipate all possible cases. Also, some of our distribution centers are not authorized to ship internationally. In some cases we will have to ship items to another distribution center before they get shipped to you. In these cases, we will add handling charges to your order as appropriate. If you are concerned about these charges email us in advance and we will be happy to calculate the estimated shipping cost based on your intended order so you can plan accordingly. Keep in mind that the actual shipping charges may still vary and we can not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the calculations as they will always be an approximate good faith quote and subject to change by the carriers and methods selected at time of shipping.

Guarantee & Return Policy:

All purchases are "SATISFACTION GUARANTEED OR YOUR MONEY BACK" from Big Rig Toys if we are notified of a problem within 72 hours of delivery. Other warrantees may apply subject to manufacturer's terms and conditions. Shipping charges may be customer's responsibility if merchandise is returned.

A Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA#)is REQUIRED so please call us should you ever find yourself in need to return a purchase.

Returns can not be accepted on some items and a restocking fee will be accessed on some items. Credits will not be issued unless you obtain a proper RMA # prior to shipping merchandise back to us. Since orders are shipped from various distribution centers, when an RMA# is issued, a return address will be provided based on the individual item and reason for return. Credit will always be subject to inspection of returned merchandise and issued only after receipt of that merchandise can be confirmed and recorded by Big Rig Toys. Full credit will not be issued unless item is received in a resellable condition including the original packaging. Packages that have been marked up and damaged in transit will affect our decision on this matter. International Shipments: are processed upon receipt and once item is determined to be available for shipping the customer's account will be charged then shipment will be tendered once the charge is cleared. All International Orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. No returns will be accepted. Manufacturers warranty will be in accordance with their normal policies and customer must contact them directly.

Please note:

Due to our manufacturers policies, in some cases, we are forced to charge a restocking fee for returned items. (Usually 15 percent)

Product warranty is provided by manufacturers. Please consult the inserts which you receive with each product concerning product warranty, service, repairs, manufacturer's terms and conditions then contact them accordingly.
